I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 8 years of experience. My style is structured but down to earth with humor, warmth and a little profanity sprinkled in!

I am EMDR certified; that means I work with folks who have been through difficult and painful experiences that continue to affect their life today. Some of those experiences may include neglect, loss, abuse or stigma. I use a social justice lens and provide weight neutral care. I acknowledge the systems that keep folks oppressed and the challenges and trauma that those systems create.

Folks who would most benefit from working with me are those experiencing Complex Trauma, Dissociative Disorders, Disordered Eating, Body Dysmorphia, and those looking for an ADHD Assessment.
